Easy Way of Getting Rid off

Easy Way of Getting Rid off
the Turmoil in the Mind
Saints - Great Souls or great men have time and again said in their discourses that the things that we cannot do, that is, the things that are not possible for us to do, and that which we should not do,  by wanting to do those things,  will most certainly lead to lack of peace.   Therefore one must not desire to do those things.  By desiring one cannot entirely get any thing  and even if one gets it, it does not stay,  and if it stays,  then due to being less then complete and perfect,  one does not get satisfaction from it.  Therefore doing something out of desire or want is not proper.  If this same ardent want is directed towards God Realization, then God will surely be attained.  The Lord is ever attained,  therefore simply by wanting,  He can be attained.  On attaining Him, all that is to be done is done, to be known is known and to be acquired is acquired. Nothing further remains to be done, known, or acquired.      One must think  - that which will happen, will surely happen.  That which will not happen,  will not happen.  Then why desire and want something new at all?   One must only diligently and promptly continue to do their duty.
Whenever there is sorrow, bitterness,  worry, sadness, or turmoil, then repeat several times the “mantras” that are listed below, then all the disorders of the mind can quickly go away.
