Gems of Satsang - 3
We have come here and we will leave from here - this vigilance, this awareness must be there at all times. On having such sentiments, bad qualities and conduct will not take place. Improper decisions will not take place. It is due to thinking that we are here to stay that we commit improper acts "anarth" .
One does not know about the time when one has to leave. There is no surety regarding your staying here, and there is no preparation to go – this is a grave mistake. It is a very surprising thing!

Present times are very good and also very bad. It is very good, because we have books from Gita Press, Gita, Ramayana and various scriptures, holy literature for reading, listening etc. We have also received good "satsang" (association with truth, holy company).
It is a bad time, because our government is believing "dharma" (righteousness) to be "adharma" (unrighteousness) and considers "adharma" to be "dharma" ! Preventing birth of children, it regards as "beneficial to families" and killing of animals as nothing but production of commercial meat "maaska utpaadan"! They are preventing the birth of the rarest forms of birth, the human birth! It appears that a very fearsome and terrible war will take place and many in numbers will be killed and destroyed. It is in preparation for this fearsome event that all these (i.e. sins like abortion) are taking place. The amount of sin and injustice that is taking place, will not last long.
All brothers and sisters, become engaged in worship and remembrance of God. It is only by God's strength that this work will get done. There is no other solution. Day and night call out to the Lord, recite His name, read Gita – Ramayana, and serve others.

There is God in whatever you see. This is the easiest of all meditations. May I gain all the pleasures. This is the ignorance of sin.

Men that are engaged in sense enjoyments and hoarding of money cannot even think of God Realization. Due to greed for money, many improper acts are taking place! The extent of problems that are there for Hindu society and for cows, that much problem is not there on anything else.

Human body is a factory for producing urine and excrete. However in has one quality, that the "jeev" (embodied soul) can lift itself up. This quality does not exist even in "devatas", (demigods) whereas the bodies of "devatas" are divine. They can smell odor from human bodies. A cow's body is very pure, it's cow dung and urine is also pure, but even a cow cannot attain its liberation.
He who mis-utilizes a particular thing, he will not get that thing in the future. By proper utilization, he will get that thing in future. If one mis-utilizes human body, then he will not get human body. Human body has not been received for misusing. Preventing birth of children is a great misuse of human life. You say that you will not get food, I say with great certainty that due to this sin, forget about food, even water will not be available!
