Salvation is Natural and Easy

Salvation is Natural and Easy
(Kalyaan Sahaj Hai)

Shree Hari
There is no shortage at all of time, understanding andmaterial goods. If there is any shortage,it is only of one thing that we do not want our spiritual upliftment i.e. "kalyaan". Only when we ourselves think of it, and wantit, then our "kalyaan" would take place. Salvation would not happen because other persons tell of it. Even if it takes place because others speakabout it, then too at its roots must lie your willingness to accept their wordand to work out your salvation with determined effort. Other's advice must become your ownconviction before it leads you to your welfare.

You are to do only as much as the total responsibility thatis on you; then your welfare issecure. The more intelligent you become, the greater becomes your responsibility. The lesser your intelligence is, the lesser is your responsibility. Tax is imposed on income only. Imposition of tax is on possessions. How can there be any tax, if there is nopossession or ownership thereof?

More knowledge you acquire, more things you accumulate, the moreyour responsibility will increase. If more things were needed for your salvation,God would have certainly given you more. If more time were needed, He wouldhave given you more time. What to talkof "would have given", He has alreadygiven. God has given more things, more intelligence, more time, more ability, more strength. God's treasure is endless, infinite, immeasurable. Whatsoever strengthor power the Mother has to rear the child, is all in all for the baby! So is the power of our Lord, it is all in all for us. Omnipotent, Omniscient, Supremely Merciful, Supremely Generous, Best Friendand Sovereign Lord has bestowed this human frame for the thorough welfare ofthe "Jeev" - where is any kind ofdeficiency or shortage in it? Only byaccepting this simple truth, your pathwould be at once clear. But do not try tobe clever and cunning, be honestly straight-forward -

Saral subhaava na manakutilaayi,
Jathaa laabha samtosasadaai (Manas, Uttara, 46/1)

Lack of crookedness, a mind free from perversity and absolute contentment with whatever maybe acquired - this is all that isneeded.

The more simple and straight-forward you are, that much straightand clear of all hazards is your path. Cleverer you are, tougher is your way, full of more and more difficulties.

You have to do only as much as you can. You have to know only as much as youcan. You have to cognize or accept only asmuch as you can, There is no need to domore, there is no need to knowmore, and there is no need to acceptmore. Make the best possible use ofwhatever you have !

Narayan ! Narayan !! Narayan !!!
